It seems to have become commonplace for celebrity chefs — the TV show hosting, kitchenware toting, brand extolling types — to rarely, if ever, make appearances in the restaurants that bear their names and/or likenesses. The Daily Meal recently presented "10 Celebrity Chefs Who Actually Cook in Their Kitchen." The slideshow spotlighted several truly authentic chefs, proclaiming Marc as "the working man's celebrity chef."
