Italy is home to many regions which give pasta its varied shapes, sizes, fillings and names (which change depending on which region you are in.) Chef Michaud will guide you on a hands-on journey to learn how to make a few classic Osteria shapes with the proper sauces to accompany them.

  • Beet plin, goat cheese & tarragon
